Using suppio

Use suppio lawfully and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in details secure and do not use someone else’s account without permission. You are responsible for the preferences and information you enter. We may restrict access if an account is used to abuse or disrupt the service.

Plans, recipes and store estimates

Meal plans, recipes, nutrition information, shopping lists, store suggestions and prices are provided as planning aids, not medical or dietary advice. Check ingredients and allergens yourself before buying or preparing food. Prices, stock and availability are estimates and may change at the store; suppio does not sell the groceries shown in your plan.

suppio Plus and billing

Some features require a paid suppio Plus subscription. The price, billing period and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm checkout. Stripe processes payments. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews according to the billing period shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal in the app; cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law. Complimentary Plus access does not create a paid subscription.

Refunds and other consumer remedies remain available where required by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Content and availability

The service and its content are provided for your personal use. Do not copy, resell, interfere with or misuse the app or its content. We may change features or interrupt access for maintenance and will try to keep the service available, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes; the effective date above shows the current version. Continued use after updated terms are made available means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
